Services

When you apply to our training programs, classes or events you will be asked to provide information about yourself. This is information is used to provide the service to you.
When you attend a Joimove class/session you will be asked to sign a consent and health questionnaire form describing the information we hold about you and the ways in which it might be used. You can choose what is right for you and let your instructor know.
The information you shared as a class participant is stored on our instructor’s secure server and in a paper file, stored in a locked cabinet. We will not share your personal details with anyone other than the teacher/trainer/therapist of the service with which you have undertaken. We never share your data and personal details with other organisations.

Security

All information is received by us and retrieved using secure technology. In order to provide a safe and secure environment for your personal information we use up to date technology with a view to protecting that information against loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration. We only allow authorised personnel access to personal information you provide. Whenever you transmit sensitive information such as billing or credit card information to us through our website we provide you access to our secure server that allows encryption across the internet. This is done to help protect you from unauthorised use of the information you are sending to our server.

Email and Postal Mailing List
By providing your details and signing up to our email list, we will use your personal information to keep you informed about events and news that we think will be of interest to you.
