Joimove® is an international movement that works to create a positive influence in the world by connecting individuals of all ages through dance and fitness. With the Joimove® technique and philosophy, we empower all to lead a joyful lifestyle around the world!
Founded in Scotland in 2013, Joimove develops a range of programs focused on enhancing joy, international community-building and wellbeing. With 10 years of experience in creating dance fitness programs, Joimove's unique technique inspires attendees of all ages.
We are proud to be an Institutional Member of CID, UNESCO, Associate Member of People Dancing, the Foundation for Community Dance, Organisational Member of One Dance UK, and Attachment Parenting International.
Our mission is to create a positive, social and integrated atmosphere and connect individuals of all ages to enjoy and celebrate life freely. Our vision is to create a world where we all experience joy in our daily lives and feel connected.
At Joimove we currently offer both online and face-to-face instructors and leadership training courses with over 80 mini franchise trainers across the UK, Denmark, Germany, India, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey and the USA.
Over the past decade, the instructors we've had the privilege to train have taken Joimove's joyful exercise technique to various cities and countries. We've had the pleasure of engaging with over 500 members every week across the world.
What makes the Joimove program truly inspiring is that it empowers both trainers and members to discover their inner joy. Our exercise models focus on delivering balanced and enjoyable exercise routines, encompassing dance, cardio, weights, core workouts, mobility exercises, and relaxation stages.
One distinctive feature of Joimove is our unique playlist, featuring an eclectic mix of songs spanning from the 1950s to the 2020s. We deeply appreciate the therapeutic influence of music. Moreover, our instructors serve as beacons of kindness and joy, fostering meaningful connections with our members. Each lesson contributes to building a strong and supportive community, which is crucial for our members' ongoing commitment to the clubs.
The positive impact of Joimove extends beyond personal anecdotes; it's backed by research conducted by universities across the UK.
In Joimove Fitness programs, we offer five different modules. Instructors have the opportunity to further develop their skills by selecting the module that resonates with them, following a comprehensive two-day training where they learn the Joimove technique.
