This class is divided into four sections, offering a more dynamic workout compared to the easy exercise module. It challenges your fitness and strength levels with medium-impact cardio, weight training, core exercises on the mat, and a flowing stretching routine.
We also include variations of all movements that can be performed while standing or without using the mat. Our music selection is motivating and suitable for participants of all ages.

Our award winning Joimove Babies program is designed for new mothers, parents, caregivers, and their babies, this program incorporates postpartum elements.
Enjoy gentle dance fitness set to Joimove playlist tunes and various dance styles. Each segment includes rest intervals, allowing you to accommodate your baby in a carrier, buggy, or in your arms, providing flexibility during the class.
Duration: 60 minutes
Our stretching class focuses on essential flexibility poses performed in a continuous flow. There's no need to hold poses or create tension.
The primary goal is to maintain a fluid movement rhythm, increase joint flexibility, and promote relaxation for both body and mind. Approximately 90% of the routines can be practiced on the mat.
Duration: 30 minutes or 45 minutes
